❌ What's NOT Covered?

To maintain the integrity of our warranty program, the following are not covered:

✗ Cosmetic Damage: Scratches, chips, nicks, or surface wear from normal use
✗ Excessive Abuse: Damage from stress tests, torture tests, or abnormal wear
✗ Improper Use: Damage from using the collar for purposes other than intended
✗ Modifications: Alterations made to the collar by anyone other than BIG DOG CHAINS®
✗ Lost or Stolen Items: We cannot replace lost or stolen collars
✗ Normal Wear: Minor surface wear that doesn't affect functionality

Note: Our marine-grade stainless steel is designed to resist tarnishing and maintain its appearance, but minor surface scratches from daily wear are normal and do not affect the collar's functionality or warranty coverage.
