Lifetime Warranty:
At Big Dog Chains™ we are so confident in the quality of our dog collar designs that we offer a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. Each dog collar model also has additional warranty coverage against wear of the link and clasp structure.
What's included?
The BIG DOG CHAINS lifetime warranty is included with all our dog collars and is in place to cover against the utility of the link and clasp system.
This lifetime warranty does not include after purchase coverage against scratches, chips, nicks and excessive abuse (stress tests, torture tests, abnormal wear) of our dog collar products.
- against wear (as described above) of the following dog collar models (Ceasar, Caesar XL, Capone, Magnum, Rocky, Maui, Commander)
Warranty Terms:
To return your your Big Dog Chains dog collar beyond our 30 Day No Hassle return policy and under our warranty policy you must meet criteria below:
- Customer must contact Big Dog Chain by phone or email to obtain a Return Authorization Code.
- Customer must ship the dog collar to our offices in Canada.
- Dog collar must pass the returned items inspection by a Big Dog Chains jeweler for defects.
Exchange & Return Policy:
If you need to exchange or return your dog collar for inspection you can ship it back to our offices in Canada. This basically means our jewelry team takes a look to see if the collar meet our warranty policy requirements.
